Complaint lodged with CEO Uttar Pradesh's Office for cancellation of Narendra Modi's nominations from varanasi for 2014.
This is as per action letter from CEO gujarat's office, attached herewith.
CEO uttar pradesh's office has desired this letter from me after a long talk over the phone, as they found substance in it to take up the matter.

Dear Sir.
As we just spoke over the phone, please find attached copy of letter received by the undersigned from CEO Gujarat's office, dated 30th April 2014.

The letter is self explanatory and the subject line of the letter underlines that the contestant in question has filed a DEFECTIVE Affidavit on Oath, while intending to contest in Assembly/Loksabha elections, here in Gujarat, which are held and conducted by the orders and purview of ECI.

You shall observe that the CEO Gujarat's office has instructed thru this letter, the Returning Officers, Collectors, DEOs of Ahmedabad per 2012 elections and vadodara per 2014 elections to initiate appropriate actions per this matter against the subject contestant Narendra D Modi. I Wish to highlight, that this action by CEO Gujarat is in line with my Police Complaint per matter, here with Gujarat Police, dated 11th april 2014, wherein the matter has been investigated thru DCP Crime branch Ahmedabad city, and report is concluded but awaited before the JMFC court Ahmedabad, fixed on 21st May 2014.

Now, I wish to bring to your notice that same Mr Narendra D Modi, BJP candidate, has filed his nominations from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh for 2014 General elections, being conducted under your/ your department's purview. I am sure that he or his party or no one has brought this so very important matter to your notice.

I am of the opinion, that as per a Supreme Court Judgement, in the matter of Resurgence India vs ECI, etc, it has been clarified that anyone who files a defective affidavit, his nomination is bound to be / destined to be rejected.

Keeping in view all the above and letter attachment of this email, I as a citizen of India, wish to bring to your notice that you may on immediate basis take up this matter with RO of Varanasi, ECI, and relevant authorities, and question the validity of Narendra Modi's current nomination from Varanasi for 2014 general elections.

I am of the opinion that once CEO Gujarat, who is under the governing purview of ECI, CEC, just as you are, has taken cognizance on such a serious matter and has directed the ROs under CEO Guj's purview to take appropriate actions, so may be the case with CEO UP and your relevant good authorities in UP.

You may please take this up urgently and issue necessary notice to Narendra D Modi as to why his nomination should not be cancelled in view of the defective agfidavit filed by him alongwith his nominations for  Varanasi 2014 general elections.

Attached document is of High Importance, and your immediate action is highly solicited.
